Ingredients:
200gms small prawns with shell
100 gm Split red lentil (Masur Daal) soaked in water overnight
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion finely chopped
3-4 Green chillies
Fresh coriander chopped
Method:
In a mixer, add soaked lentils, ginger garlic paste, half onion and green chillies and make paste. No water.
Take out the paste in a bowl, add salt as per taste, half chopped onions, prawns, fresh green coriander and mix well.
In a wok, add oil and put the mixture with one small spoon at a time in the oil, Deep fry it.
Prawns Fritters Ready, Serve hot with sauce or mint chutney!!
