This recipe is one of my favorite. Although it requires many ingredients, but it doesn't take much time to prepare and also it comes out to be super tasty. Try it out on Sundays!
Ingredients:
200 gm Minced Mutton,
1/2 Ginger,
4-5 pods of Garlic,
1 Fried onion,
1/4 Raw papaya,
1 tbps Red chilli powder,
Fresh coriander,
3.-4 Saffron strands
1 tbsp Rose Water (Gulab jal)
Fried Cashew Nuts
50 gm Bengal gram (Chana Dal) soaked in water over night
1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee),
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder,
1/4 tbp Sugar
Salt as per taste
Method:
In a mixer, add Ginger, garlic, friend onion, raw papaya, red chilli powder, fresh coriander, saffron, gulab jal, Bengal gram, ghee, garam masala powder, salt and sugar
Once it becomes thick paste, add the minced mutton to it and mix very well
Place Water on your palms, as the mixture would be sticky.
Give round oval shape to the mixture with hands,and place one cashew in the middle of the kebab ad, fry them in Refined oil.
Once it become, light brownish colour, take out and serve hot with Mint & Coriander Chutney.
Soft Royal Kebabs are ready!
