Taro Roots, known as guti kosu in Assamese is a very famous roots eaten in the north eastern region of India
Lets try a quick dish with it.
Mashed Taro Roots:
Ingredients:
5-6 boiled Taro (guti kosu)
1 medium chopped onion
2 tbspn chopped coriander
2 tbspn lemon juice
3-4 chopped green chillies
Salt as per taste
Recipe:
Peel the skin of the boiled taro& Mash it well.
Add chopped onions, coriander, salt, lemon juice, green chillies to the mixture & mix well
Kosu pitika is ready. Enjoy with Sour (Tenga ) Dal & Rice!
