Fish Chutney or maasor pitika is one of the fish accompaniments prepared in every household of Assam in either lunch or dinner.
Its quick, easy and lip smacking tasty!
Ingredients:
3-4 pieces of Fish (Rou/Rui Fish preferable)
1 chopped onion
2 spoon chopped coriander
1 spoon lime juice
1/2 tbsp crushed ginger
2-3 chopped green chillies
salt as per taste
Recipe:
1. In a Pan, fry the fish nicely.
2. Take out and let it cool.
3. Take out the bones from the fish, mash it.
4. Add chopped onions, chopped coriander, ginger, green chillies, lime juice, salt and mix all ingredients with the fish well.
Mass or Pitika or fish chutney is ready!
